Perfect welding quality is always the most critical link to ensure the quality of cryogenic tanks. To complete the production of the main body, we use plasma cutting machines and fully automatic welding machines. Next, our quality engineer carefully checks the welding appearance and the dimensions to ensure consistency with the design. Next, we use X-rays to conduct flaw detection inspections on each inch of the weld seam to ensure no impurities, cracks, or bubbles.
In addition to our quality inspections at each production stage, customers will also entrust third-party testing institutions (CCS, BV, ABS, DNV, etc) to conduct inspections at any time. The customer will also arrange for their engineers to come to the factory for inspection. They are always welcome.
The technical standard of the sealing vacuum degree is shown in the above photo. We adopt a unique vacuuming technology to achieve a sealed-off vacuum degree of 0.01 for the high-vacuum multi-layer insulated micro bulks and the vacuum powder-insulated cryogenic tanks. Meanwhile, the evaporation rate is lower. The excellent vacuum effect determines the cryogenic tank’s outstanding performance.
